History of the Cincinnati Bengal
The Cincinnati Bengals are a professional American football franchise based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Bengals currently compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) North division. Their home stadium is Paul Brown Stadium in downtown Cincinnati. Their current head coach is Marvin Lewis, who has held the position since 2003 and is currently the second-longest tenured head coach in the NFL, behind the New England Patriots’ Bill Belichick. Their chief rivals are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns, and cheap jerseys the Baltimore Raven.
The Cincinnati Bengals jersey was founded in 1966 as a member of the American Football League (AFL) by former Cleveland Browns head coach Paul Brown. The Bengals won the AFC championship in 1981 and 1988, but lost Super Bowls XVI and XXIII to the San Francisco 49ers.
Since the mid-2000s, the team’s fortunes have improved. Two years after becoming head coach, Lewis guided the Bengals to their first winning season and first division title in over a decade. After the acquisition of Andy Dalton as quarterback in 2011, the Bengals had made the playoffs each season until 2016, ranking highly among NFL teams in win totals. The Bengals drafts are also highly touted, leading to a consistency that had long escaped the franchise. However, the team has remained unable to win in the postseason and have not won a playoff game since 1990.

Dre Kirkpatrick news conference transcript in 2017
According to aj green Georgia jersey that day, Marvin Lewis: “We’re pleased, obviously, to be here today, with Dare’s signing. It’s a very exciting day for us, for him. We’re really pleased to be able to have Dre be back here, continue his career here and hopefully at one point finish his career here in Cincinnati. He’s been a great, young talent for us. He’s worked his tail off year in and year out to eventually rise to this level. Now there’s a chance to really expand himself and become one of the young leaders on the football team, which is exciting for us and exciting for him to further the message from the defensive coaches, with Paul (defensive coordinator Paul Guenther), and myself.
Why did you want to stay here?
Kirkpatrick: “I have family here. This is home. I’m old school. I’m like my dad: once I’m accustomed to something, I don’t really like changes. But for the most part, it’s all about building. There’s a lot of great football out there for this team. I didn’t want to run, I didn’t want to shy away because of a certain number, or anything like that. It was just all about my passion and my love for this team, and my passion and my love for my coach.”
I want to say although he had some other opportunities, but he thought this was the best way for him to continue his career and continue with his teammates and move forward. Listening to his attitude and some of the answer, I think in addition the decision is the best end-result for him, also is the blessing of a group. He’ll continue to help mentor the young players coming into the Cincinnati Bengals. Being a first-round, high pick like he was. As Bengals, I am very glad to hear the news. Hope Bengals will be better and better in the future.
